Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) using Cloudflare Pages. When you open the site, the host processes technically necessary data, including your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website).

Cloudflare may transfer data to the USA. This is based on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. The font is loaded from the site's own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Contacting me

If you contact me by form, email or phone, I process your details (for the form: name, company, email address, message, how you found me, and optionally your phone number) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

When you submit the form, the details are sent to a server at Cloudflare, which forwards them to me through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA, sent via servers in the EU). They are not stored on the website itself. I delete enquiries once they are dealt with, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, dsb.gv.at.
